Marina joined HEINEKEN in 2014 as part of HEINEKEN Global Audit IT team, bringing with her years of IT auditing and security consulting expertise gained in Deloitte. Her passion for security started from childhood growing up in Croatia and wanting to be a hacker, which led her to obtain a Masters in Computer sciences, majoring in Information Security on the Faculty Of Electrical Engineering and Computing, in the University of Zagreb. In HEINEKEN Marina held several roles; starting from Senior IT auditor in Global Audit, which gave her the privilege to immerse herself in many of the Operating Companies, Global functions and Global Programs, Digital & Technology role as Security Officer for the Central Project organization, and Security Incident manager within the global Cyber Defense and Operations team, as well as Chapter lead for Security SMEs, Product Owner of Cyber Defence and Operations team. Most recent she stepped into the role of Tribe leader of the global Cyber Defense and Operations products, where she has the privilege to work with a group of brilliant, professional and passionate team of security experts who tirelessly work to ensure the continued operations of HEINEKEN breweries and digital initiatives in a safe way. Personally she is a passionate rock climber and loves to spend time in the mountains.
